Pennsylvania Education Policy Fellowship Program
The Pennsylvania Education Policy Fellowship Program (EPFP)
is a professional development program for individuals whose work
record reflects strong leadership abilities and a concern for
issues important to children and education. The program is
available in Pennsylvania through The Education Policy and
Leadership Center. The nationally recognized EPFP was established
more than 40 years ago by the Institute for
Educational Leadership (IEL) in Washington, DC.
Institute for Community Leadership in Education
The Institute for Community Leadership in Education (ICLE) is
designed for current and emerging community leaders who want to
increase their knowledge about important statewide and local
education policy issues. The program provides every participant
the opportunity to learn and to join a network of community
leaders who are prepared to take action to influence important
local and statewide education policies.

School Board Candidate Workshops
2007 School Board Candidate Workshops will be held regionally
for school districts in Central Pennsylvania, Western Pennsylvania, Southeastern
Pennsylvania, the Lehigh Valley, and Indiana County.
Education Policy Leadership Awards Reception
EPLC's annual Education Policy Leadership Awards Reception acknowledges
organizations that have served as important partners with the
Center, recognizes the accomplishments of EPLC leadership program
alumni, and honors with the Edward Donley Education Policy
Leadership Award exemplary leaders in improving local, state and national
education policy.
Pennsylvania Education Finance Symposium
The 2008 Pennsylvania Education Finance Symposium will take place
November 20-21 at the Holiday Inn & Conference Center - New
Cumberland (just outside of Harrisburg).
